Rainbow Kindergarten & Childcare strives to provide children an opportunity for a rich and full experience in a wholesome environment; to help them face life with keener minds and better understanding through learning to share, to observe, and to develop their initiative in a happy atmosphere.
It is our desire to help them face life with more healthy bodies through forming good habits and having an opportunity to practice this daily through natural procedures. These procedures include: wholesome, well balanced breakfast, having a regular rest time, establishing good habits of personal hygiene and having an opportunity to mature socially by learning to live together through play; to give and take; to share their toys and working materials and develop their first cooperative thoughts with each other.
It is also our desire to help them develop spiritually by introducing them to a wholesome way of life though their association with others, including fellow students and teachers.
It is also our purpose to provide service to the parents of the children who are enrolled and to the community at large by helping these children to establish stability at an early age and to learn to accept change gracefully in a changing world.
Our Director
Ann Mikle serves as the Director for Rainbow Kindergarten & Childcare. Ann is certified and has an early childhood education degree from Freed-Hardmen University. Ann recognizes each child's unique abilities and strives to meet their needs in a creative and loving atmosphere.
Our Teachers and Staff
You will see a difference in our teachers. One of the greatest and most important differences between Rainbow Kindergarten & Childcare and any other preschool of its type is the quality and integrity of our teachers and staff. Our teachers put many hours of preparation into every program. Beyond teaching, they truly care about each and every child that comes through the classroom doors.
